Commissioning of Concise Law of Banking

Concise Law of Banking was commissioned and launched by  the Institute for Law & Development (ILAD) in 2024. It is a practical and concise guide to banking law, suitable for students, banking practitioners, lawyers, judges, various professionals and others who wish to understand the principles of banking law. It is comprehensive and covers topics that are fundamental to banking law.
